Default "Throwdown for the Showdown" Sat. May 18,2013, Shelton Springs DGC

Mason County Disc Golf and Olympic Disc's proudly present...

"Throwdown for the Showdown"

Saturday May 18th, 2013
Shelton Springs DGC
Non PDGA sanctioned fundraiser
2 rounds (Red tees/ Black tees)
Online registration through 4discgolf.com.
TD Jason Wells

The "Throwdown" will be a bare bones (no player packs), non- PDGA sanctioned fundraiser for the "Showdown In Shelton III". Pros will be playing for cash. Am's will be playing for scrip. Olympic Discs will be on hand for disc sales and scrip redemption. The grand prize for the Open division and the Adv. Men division will be paid entry into the Showdown III. All other divisions with 8 or more entries will receive a paid entry into a Showdown offered division. A portion of all entries will go to the fundraiser.

Big thanks to first time TD Jason Wells and Showdown sponsor Olympic Discs.

Day of sign ups (entry fee will be posted soon)
So does this mean only day of sign ups? No online signups before hand? Just checking...I will of course be there.

Chris,
Will you be holding a qualifying tournament that I could win to get free entry into the Throwdown for the Showdown that I could win to get a free entry into the Showdown III?

Please let me know when this will be held.

Bate's friend,
Brian

Never played Shelton but throw an average of 900-950 (player rating). I am looking to throw in this tourney just wondering what I should play in and what the cash/ script amounts are. I am 16 but I am looking to put up a good fight. Looking forward to hearing back! Thanks!

Todd........tisk, tisk. Good advise for the young man. Heaven forbid if he's got a 900--950 rating that he would sandbag in the Intermediate division. SNAP
