Default All tee pads are complete!

We ran into Ralph __? lounging in the shade of the tree near the 17th tee after he had completed the concrete work for the tee pads on #17 & #18. He said they would be usable by today 08/14/2010. Thanks Ralph.
#18 is reportedly 600ft or so.
There has been a lot of great work out there and their was a youth group doing some clean-up around the newly added third pin position on #9 -Thanks to them. This course is awesome for my noodly appendage and right now it is fun and safe. The nasty convoluted mud zone between #1 has been leveled. The marsh on #4 is mowed and playable. The canal along #5 and #8 is mostly dry and there is a new bridge on #8 to get easily across the canal. A bunch of other leveling has been done elsewhere and the weeds surrounding #17 have be cleared. Many thanks to everyone who has helped build this course. Maybe Springfield will be next.

Mike

That's excellent news! It's wonderful to see the Grove continue to develop The new hole 18 does raise one question, though.. what's Par? By Blue-level standards, it should be Par 4 (any zero-elevation change, light foliage hole of >450ft. cannot be Par 3 by the Blue-level standards). Thoughts?
