Just played this course for the first time today. I was happy with it considering it was a beautiful sunny day and the park wasn't too crowded. All pads except for tee pad nine were dry. I believe dogs are allowed since the park is considered an off-leash dog area. I was surprised to see two practice baskets. I'll definitely be back to play the long tees.
