Clean Up Tournament

Hello all,
The city of Arlington is having a work party this Saturday 8/18/2012 seperate from the disc golf club and we want to show our presence out there. We just found out so we are hoping for the best. Work party starts at 1:00 pm so were going to have a random doubles tournament before starting at 9:00 am. check in between 8:30-9:00 entry fee is $10 per person. You can bring a partner or show for a random all are welcome, we will have some CTP's as well as sign ups for the club. We are in process of finalizing the logo, once that is done all members will receive a bag tag in order of there sign up and also receive a ADGC shirt. Club dues are $25 a year and it will be a fiskel year Date TBD. We will have portable baskets for the missing ones with a couple safari holes. The clean up will be very minor garbage clean up some blackberry removal no power tools. Please feel free to let me know anybody that can make it.
